Integration of “Original Education” which include African Culture, Diversity and Development in Early Childhood Education including Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade;

We should all have an understanding as educators, practitioners and professors of the importance of early childhood education as the foundation for primary, secondary, middle, high school and higher education as a non-biased international and global system available to all social classes and ethnic groups.

Inclusion of the African American child within the functionalities of our current educational system is the ultimate goal and mission of Universal Education.

The unique pillars of Universal Education (Free Universal Pre-Kindergarten) are sustained failures of the No Child Left Behind Act 2002 which includes a demand for equity of opportunity, structure and organization on all levels of government, federal and state participation and compliance.
